Break free from nicotine addiction, build new empowering habits, and breathe easier as you regain your health, energy, and freedom.

Día 1

Set a clear intention and reward yourself. Write down why you want to quit smoking or take a break — and choose a reward that truly matters to you when you succeed. We’ve prepared some highlights to help you shift your focus when cravings strike.

Día 2

Replace old rituals — identify your smoking triggers and swap those moments for healthy alternatives like herbal tea, short exercise or yoga sessions, or deep breathing exercises. You can also distract yourself by listening to your favorite song, chewing gum, eating fresh fruit, or drinking a glass of water. If the craving becomes too strong, write or call your assistant briefly — we’re here to fully support you in that moment.

Día 3

Walk & tea break: When you crave a cigarette, treat yourself to a short, mindful walk outside or a calming cup of tea or coffee. Take deep breaths, feel your body relax — and focus on the good feeling you’re giving yourself right now.
