Your 7-Day Plan
Sneak Peak

You don’t need to be "photogenic" — you just need to be present, playful, and proud of the skin you’re in.

Day 1

Rewrite Your Photo Story – What’s the story you tell yourself about being in photos? (“I always look awkward,” “I hate my smile,” etc.) Write it down. Then: what do you want that story to be?

Day 2

Mirror Practice – Spend 5–10 minutes smiling or trying poses in the mirror. Play music. Get familiar with what feels natural vs. performative.

Day 3

Selfie Time with Light + Angle Plays – Take 5 selfies today in different lighting or angles — window light, side angle, chin tilt, natural smile, etc. You’re experimenting, not performing.
