📓 Free-Flow Journaling: Set a timer for 5 minutes and just start writing. What thoughts are floating through your mind right now? Let your thoughts flow freely. No structure, no rules. Empty your mind onto the paper – you’ll be surprised at the difference it can make.

Day 3

🌬️ Breathe your way to calm. Try 5–10 minutes of breathing exercises or a guided meditation. Focus on your inhale and exhale. Let your body and mind guide you toward inner calm and positive thoughts.
