Your new morning routine: Start your day with a clear intention and, within just a few days, feel how your day and mood begin to shift positively – the perfect way to start every morning.

Day 1

⏰ Wake up with a clear intention – set it the night before. Start with a glass of water with a pinch of sea salt – optionally add half a lemon. Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier and avoid reaching for your phone in the first 10 minutes. Take time to drink, breathe, and set a one-word intention for your day.

Day 2

☀️ Repeat yesterday’s routine – and make sure to get enough (sun)light. Move gently for 5–10 minutes: yoga, stretching, dancing, or a walk. Feel your body slowly wake up and notice the changes already by the second day.

Day 3

💃 Dress for confidence – wear something that makes you shine: a bold color or an outfit that makes you feel like yourself. Today, dress for your best confidence, not just for work or your daily errands.
