Sneak Peak

Strong, sexy, and fully yours — this is your week to show up, tone up, and love the body that carries you.

Day 1

Wake up your glutes – Do a 20-minute workout focused on your glutes. Use just your bodyweight or resistance bands — whatever feels good for you. We’ll show you our favorite exercises. Feel your inner fire ignite.

Day 2

Support your glute muscles – Today’s focus is on hydration and protein. Your glutes need the right nutrients and protein to grow — aim for 2 liters of water a day and a balanced amount of protein with every meal.

Day 3

Stretch & recover – Do a 10–15-minute stretching session focused on hips, hamstrings, and glutes. Release tension so your strength can rebuild. We’ll show you our favorite stretches.
